Client
Our client is located in Kesteren. They operate in the food industry where they produce food end products, which are prepared / assembled on production lines. When the end product is ready, it is frozen in freezer cells to be distributed to the customer at a later date.
This process continues 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Customers are located in the Netherlands, but are also spread all over Europe. A wonderful international company.

What are we looking for?
To keep all processes running smoothly, they are looking for an experienced forklift driver who can stand his ground. Forklift driving is really your thing in logistics.
You take care of the supply of the production lines as well as the removal of the finished product. So you’ll be tearing around on the forklift all day, so working independently is a must, but you’re also a real team player, because at the end of the day, we all do it together.
You will work in a conditioned environment between 10°C+ and -20°C. Protective clothing will of course be provided so that you are always warm and comfortable.
You will work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday:
The times are:
Morning shift 05.00 – 13.00
Afternoon shift 13.00 – 21.00 hours
Night shift 21.00 – 05.00 ( allowance 50% on your gross pay !!!! )
What do you get?
You will start as a temporary worker for a minimum of 6 months. If there is a good match from both your side and the client’s side after this period, you can count on a permanent contract.
Your gross salary is fine, but does depend on your experience and varies between €12.69 and €13.84 per hour excluding the 50% night-time allowance.
You will also accrue 25 holidays per year. If you live more than 10 kilometres from work, you can also claim a travel allowance of €0.19ct per kilometre.
